What is PanaShield™?

PanaShield™ is a proprietary surface technology developed to enhance the surface performance of Panastone panels and preserve their aesthetic appearance for many years. By providing resistance against scratches, abrasion, and surface wear caused by daily use, it extends the product’s lifespan.

PanaShield™ technology offers two distinct surface characters—High Gloss and Ultra Mat—tailored to different application areas and design expectations.

◼️ PanaShield™ Ultra Mat

PanaShield™ Ultra Mat is manufactured with a dual-layer UV lacquer system designed to increase surface stability and deepen the matte effect. This structure strengthens surface resistance while balancing light reflections.

Thanks to its low reflectance level, it delivers a natural and well-balanced appearance; when touched, it creates a refined, premium surface feel.

When used alone in wall applications, this surface technology performs effectively. In floor-compatible Panastone products, it is reinforced with an additional Wear Layer, resulting in SPC flooring and wall panels with high abrasion resistance.

💎 PanaShield™ High Gloss

PanaShield™ High Gloss is a specialized UV coating system developed to achieve superior gloss and surface depth. Its strong light-reflecting structure adds a vibrant and prestigious look to interiors.

Applied using the reverse coating method, the finish provides glass-like clarity while delivering additional protection against scratches. It is particularly ideal for decorative wall applications.
