What is PanaShield?

PanaShield is a special surface protection system developed to protect the surface of Panastone panels and maintain their performance for many years. It extends product life by providing high resistance to scratches, abrasion, and wear from daily use.

PanaShield technology offers two different surface options depending on the application type: High Gloss and Ultra Matte.

Ultra Matte PanaShield (SPC)

Ultra Matte PanaShield is a multi-layer surface system developed for SPC-based panels. Surface durability is increased with a high-thickness wear layer. Following the wear layer, a specially formulated UV coating is applied to the surface.

To further enhance the matte finish and create a premium feel to the touch, a second layer of UV coating is applied. This structure provides both high surface resistance and a sophisticated matte appearance.

High Gloss PanaShield (PVC)

High Gloss PanaShield is a high-gloss surface coating system developed for PVC-based panels. A special UV coating is applied to the surface, providing both gloss and scratch resistance.

The coating is applied using a reverse coating method. This results in a glass-like clarity and depth, offering a high-gloss, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
