What is PanaCore™?

PanaCore™ is the high-density, mineral-based core structure that forms the load-bearing strength of Panastone products. Thanks to its special formulation, it offers both structural stability and long-lasting performance.

Containing approximately 70% natural mineral filler, PanaCore™ is produced using controlled extrusion techniques under high temperatures. This structure provides dimensional stability to the panels while offering high resistance to impact, pressure, and deformation.

High Density, Superior Stability

The PanaCore™ body structure is designed to maintain its form against moisture, temperature changes, and physical effects from daily use. This ensures that the panels maintain their surface and body integrity for many years.

Healthy and Safe Structure

PanaCore™ does not contain formaldehyde or any emissions harmful to human health. Thanks to its organic structure, it exhibits natural resistance to termites and similar pests. The use of natural raw materials increases both the performance and reliability of the product.

Wall and Floor Compatible System

PanaCore™ is used as a common core structure in all panels in the Panastone product range.
In wall applications, it offers high aesthetics and durability together with PanaShield™ surface technologies. In floor-compatible Panastone SPC products, this core structure is further supported by a “Wear Layer” to create solutions with higher wear resistance and floor compatibility.
